My general administrative résumé is below.

During my 10+ years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience [including nearly five years as an
Executive Assistant], I skillfully handled a wide array of responsibilities.  Writing/editing/proofreading [with superb
spelling/grammar skills], heavy e-mail and calendaring in Outlook, supporting Boards of Directors, maintaining strict
confidentiality; planning all manner of meetings and events, project management, flawless travel arrangements,
purchasing [demonstrated knack for finding lowest prices]; intuitive problem-solving; exercising sound independent
judgment, and many other things.

I have a confident and pleasant demeanor [and always maintain grace under pressure], leadership skills for office
management and/or team projects, articulate oral/written communications, resourcefulness in spades, meticulous
attention to detail, and the demonstrated empathy and interpersonal finesse to work productively with all personality
types [management, peers, VIPs, clients, the public, vendors, etc].

Having long had a passion for providing excellence, it’s gratifying that current and former employers have benefited
from my being resourceful, poised, pleasant, diplomatic, an intuitive problem-solver, enthusiastic, and the owner of
a healthy sense of humor.  Lastly, I feel certain that my future employer will likewise quickly come to value my
dependability, diligence, ability to think on my feet, and talent for efficiently handling any projects or problems.

In addition to my résumé, I'm including a glowing letter of recommendation from a former boss.
